Are you worried about paying for things online? So have I been. I am a sole trader, selling a small volume of cards. You have never met me, and so I understand that you may be worried about sending me your credit card details etc.
To ensure that it is totally safe for you to buy from me, I have set up the website to allow you to use either your credit card, or a Paypal account to pay for the cards, without actually sending me the details. When you click the checkout button, it will take you to the Paypal website. There you will have the choice to either enter your credit card details, or to log into your Paypal account if you have one and to pay from there. It all works very seamlessly, but if you do have a problem, do let me know by filling in the feedback form.
None of your payment details will be sent to me - Paypal will simply confirm to me whether your payment has been authorised or not. And so long as it has been authorised, they will send me a reference code so that I can ship you your order.
Once I have received your order, I will ship the card to you within 12 working hours (where working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday in the UK), unless you specify that you would like the card posted on a specific date, in which case I will post it on that particular date.
I will normally send the card by standard first class post - you get 3 options, see the postage page for details. If you would like the card(s) insured during postage, then you should choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery option, however this is quite an expensive option, and I have found that my cards very rarely get lost and therefore isn't really worthwhile, unless you are ordering a significant quantity of cards. Also, you have to sign for Special Delivery, which means you must be in when it is delivered. But I recommend you choose this option if buying more than £20 of cards.
Privacy: I will only use your contact details for sending the card to you and, if you choose, to send you e-mails in future as I extend my range. You can choose not to receive these marketing e-mails if you do not wish to, and if you do agree to receive them, then you will be able to unsubscribe later if you wish. I will never give away or sell your information to anyone else.
